By Appointment Only
We do not accept walk-ins. This ensures your time is respected and you are never kept waiting.
Regular Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Flexible Delivery
We offer In-Office, Mobile (We come to you), and Online (Video) services.
Special Requests
After-hours or weekend appointments may be arranged subject to availability (additional fees apply).
These fees apply to clients visiting our office or as the base rate for mobile appointments. We offer reduced rates for multiple documents signed during the same visit to keep your costs reasonable.

If you cannot travel to us, we bring the service to your home, office, or hospital. Note: The Mobile Fee is in addition to the Standard Notarization Fees listed above.
Mobile Appointment Fee
$50.00 (+ HST)
- Includes: Travel time and mileage for a location within 50 km.
- Includes: Maximum round-trip travel time of one hour.
Extended Travel Fee
$25.00 (+ HST)
- Applies to: Every additional 15-minute increment if the total round-trip travel time exceeds one hour.
For eligible affidavits and statutory declarations, we can witness your signature via secure video call. This is often the fastest and most convenient option.

Note: Not all documents can be commissioned online. We will confirm eligibility before booking.
Sometimes you need more than just a signature—you need the document created, or you need us outside of standard business hours.
After-Hours & Weekends
Appointments scheduled outside of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (M-F) are subject to a 25% surcharge on the total service fee.
