Terms of Service
The terms on which this website is provided and our services are engaged.
Effective date: September 1, 2026 · Last updated: September 1, 2026
Acceptance
These terms govern your use of this website, operated by OMRAM Immigration and Consulting Services Inc. trading as OMRAM Global. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Information only, not advice
The content of this website is general information about Canadian immigration and notary services. It is not legal advice, immigration advice, or a recommendation about your circumstances, and it must not be relied on as such.
Canadian immigration law, policy, programme criteria, fees and processing times change frequently, and content on this site may not reflect the current position. Always confirm current requirements with us or with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada before acting.
No representation relationship
Submitting a form, sending an email or telephoning us does not create a consultant-client or representative relationship. No such relationship exists until we have carried out a conflicts check, agreed the scope of work with you, and both parties have signed a written retainer agreement.
Until a retainer is signed, do not send us documents or information you consider confidential beyond what is needed to assess your enquiry.
Regulated services
Immigration advice and representation are provided by Jagdeep Kailey, a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC #R535381) and a member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. Notary services are provided in his capacity as a Licensed Notary Public in Ontario.
Our registration can be verified on the CICC public register. Services are provided in accordance with the professional and ethical obligations imposed by our regulators.
No guarantee of outcome
Immigration decisions are made by government authorities exercising their own discretion. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome, timing or approval of any application.
Any consultant who guarantees an outcome should be treated with caution. We do not, and no statement on this website should be read as doing so.
Your responsibilities
If you engage us, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate and truthful information and documents
- Tell us promptly of any change in your circumstances, including status, employment, family or address
- Disclose all prior applications, refusals, removals and any criminal or medical history relevant to admissibility
- Respond promptly to requests for information and meet the deadlines we give you
- Pay fees in accordance with the retainer agreement
Providing false or incomplete information can result in refusal, a finding of misrepresentation, and a period of inadmissibility to Canada. We cannot be responsible for consequences arising from information you have withheld or misstated.
Fees
Professional fees are set out in the written retainer agreement and depend on the complexity of the matter. Government, biometric, medical, language testing, credential assessment and translation charges are set by third parties and are payable in addition to our fees.
The free assessment is provided at no charge and carries no obligation on either side.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites, including government pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics and the OMRAM name and logo, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the content of this website. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it does not affect the professional obligations we owe to clients under a signed retainer agreement.
Privacy
Personal information submitted through this site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please tell us first so we have an opportunity to resolve it. Clients also have the right to make a complaint to the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants or, as applicable, the Law Society of Ontario.
Changes
We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
