OMRAM Global is a CICC-regulated immigration practice based in Brampton, Ontario, serving individuals, families and businesses across Canada and internationally.

Our founder, Jagdeep Kailey, brings over two decades of professional experience across business, public administration and legal representation. As a member in good standing of both the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants and the Law Society of Ontario, the practice operates under strict ethical and professional standards.

Jagdeep founded OMRAM Global to provide strategic, ethical and client-focused representation on Canadian immigration matters.
With a background spanning business leadership, public administration and legal practice, he brings an unusual combination to immigration consulting: strategic planning paired with rigorous attention to legal detail.
As a regulated member of the CICC and a paralegal licensed by the Law Society of Ontario, he operates under strict professional and ethical standards. Every file is reviewed personally, and nothing is filed from this office that he has not read himself.

Why regulation matters when choosing a representative
In Canada, only regulated professionals may provide immigration advice or representation for a fee: RCICs regulated by the CICC, lawyers, and Quebec notaries. Everyone else is acting unlawfully, whatever they call themselves.
Using an unauthorised representative puts your application at risk and leaves you with no professional recourse if the advice is wrong. Regulated professionals carry mandatory insurance, continuing education obligations and a public complaints process.
