We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
Storage, security and retention
We maintain physical, organisational and technological safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, secure storage and confidentiality obligations on anyone who handles client files.
Some information may be stored or processed outside Canada by service providers, in which case it may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction.
We retain client files for the period required by our professional and regulatory obligations, and for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, after which records are securely destroyed.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive documents by unsecured email without speaking to us first.
