Fees are quoted before your appointment. Government and consular charges for apostille, authentication and legalization are set by those authorities and are payable in addition to our handling fee. Applicable taxes may apply.

Pricing questions
Is the fee per document or per signature?
Notarisation is generally charged per document for the first signature, with a reduced fee for additional signatures on the same document at the same appointment. Tell us how many documents and signatures are involved and we will quote before you attend.
Are government fees included?
No. Apostille, authentication and consular legalization fees are set by the relevant government authority or consulate and are payable in addition to our handling fee. We will tell you what those charges are before we begin.
Do mobile appointments cost more?
Yes. A travel fee applies in addition to the document fees, and it depends on distance from our Brampton office. We quote the total before attending.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Tell us the document type, the number of signatures and where it is going, and we will quote the full cost at no charge.
