International Mobility Program: Canadian interests – Significant benefit – Entrepreneurs
The program allows foreign nationals to apply to work for themselves or to operate their own business. It is a requirement that they must demonstrate that their admission to Canada to operate their business would generate significant economic, social, or cultural opportunities for Canadian citizens / permanent residents.
The program also allows for applicants to start or buy a business and eventually stay in Canada on a permanent basis. There are many factors that determine what would be considered as a ‘significant benefit’.
Should be viable to provide economic stimulus and should be able to benefit Canadian or permanent resident workers.

Owner should take some measures to put the business plan in action
Applicant should control at least 50% of the business in Canada
