Refusal: When an appeal for passport services is denied, the applicant is refused a Canadian passport. An immigration minister may deny a passport to any of the following:
Anyone who is not a Canadian citizen
Anyone who provides false or misleading information during the passport application process
Anyone who fails to provide the material requested, proper, and complete information
Anyone charged in Canada with the commission of an indictable offence, or an offence committed outside Canada, or facilitated the use of a passport by a person other than the holder of the passport.
If any of the above situations apply to you, we will represent your case successfully in order to improve your chances of having your refused or revoked passport reinstated. If you have any questions, please contact our office to book an appointment.
